Remove the feature and settings enums (and fix anything else that then breaks).

We also need to remove it from the settings JSON schema. (Maybe; I don't remember how we coordinate that with the releases.) |

Removes the experimental feature gate on 'source edit' feature.
The experimental feature itself is still present, just no longer used by the source edit command.
