Add buttons to refresh the current HyperV activation state and to toggle the state without an automatically reboot.

The "toggle state button" has the same behaviour as pressing the shift key.
The "refresh state button" just re-reads the current HyperV activation state intended to signal changes made in WindowsOptionalFeatures (e.g. after the execution of "PS> Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName VirtualMachinePlatform").
