Changes made:

Fixed duplicate HTML elements (title, buttons)
Removed redundant code and cleaned structure
Corrected typo: "Defination" → "Definition"
Improved alt text for better accessibility
Minor readability improvements

Notes:

No changes to Handlebars logic
No functional changes, only UI/code cleanup

This improves code quality while keeping existing functionality intact.
