Fix broken Konflux retest workflow. It was moved to the core .github/workflows folder in stackrox/actions repo.
Tested on https://github.com/stackrox/test-gh-actions/pull/233 with testing failed build PR: https://github.com/stackrox/test-gh-actions/pull/228
