…r the same uuid Updated llm_chat_save to use INSERT ... ON CONFLICT for ai_chat_history, ensuring chat metadata is updated if the uuid exists. Added logic to fetch the correct rowid after upsert and to delete all previous messages for the chat before saving new ones, ensuring message history is consistent.
