Changes to columns:

table.column schema (postgres/sqlite) value
ntf_tokens.device_token text -> binary binary
ntf_tokens.ntf_mode text/bytea -> text binary -> text
ntf_subscriptions.ntf_sub_action text/bytea -> text binary -> text
ntf_subscriptions.ntf_sub_smp_action text/bytea -> text binary -> text
