Seamless integration of building footprint
This will retrieve the building footprint from the ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer (https://services.arcgis.com/P3ePLMYs2RVChkJx/arcgis/rest/services/MSBFP2/FeatureServer) using the ArcGIS REST API.
Updated the Permanent Water Bodies (PWB) layer
The new update will use the ArcGIS Online-hosted layer and retrieve the dataset based on AOI and is very fast than previous.
Update all documentation, README, and code usage.
