Prepares docs.safe.global for the Safe Infrastructure API monetisation launch — rebranding, pricing pages, webhooks documentation, and nav updates.

Changelog

• Renamed "Safe{Core}" → "Safe Infrastructure" across nav, pages, footer, meta tags
• Renamed "Advanced" → "Contracts" in top nav
• Added Pricing & Plans page (Builder, Growth €199/mo, Scale from €499/mo)
• Added Quotas & Limits page (enforcement behavior, quota headers, account-level enforcement)
• Added Webhooks section (Overview, Setup & Configuration, Event Types)
• Added API and Webhooks as first-class sidebar sections
• Hidden AI-related nav items from Home sidebar
