Add advanced Selectors - start and end

Offset Modifiers Start and End were missing until now.

Hi @MartinMuzatko thanks for the suggestion! I had intentionally left these out because I didn't think they would be useful for InputfieldSelector, as they are meant purely for pagination. But if you can think of a good use case please let me know and I'll definitely be happy to add it.

I use the InputfieldSelector to choose which pages to be shown in the "news feed" displayed on the homepage (see http://www.happy-css.com). While I want the first few news to be highlighted more than the older ones, I just could use CSS to select the first three, or add css classes with php for the first three items. Or I just create two selections with the InputfieldSelector to create the first news that are highlighted, and then (starting at number 4) the not so significant news at the moment.

This is one of the usecases, but as I said: there are workarounds as described.
