Wrapper type around PackedSeq and BitSeq with a proper from_ascii implementation.

We could move some of the paired par_iter_bp methods from simd_minimizers into this, but that feels a bit annoying so far.

TODO:

  • update docs
  • test if using an empty vec to indicate lack of ambiguous characters is faster than iterating over the 0-vec.
