This pull request adds a new test that builds
kometwith nix and runs a small test, akin to the nix smoke test inkontrol.In particular, it adds a small
kometproject atpackage/test-projectthan can be tested withpackage/test-package.sh. It builds the nix derivationkomet.rust-sorobanthat provides rust and soroban out-of-the-box. The test runskomet prove run --id 'test_true'in the test project.
