Re-added linear shifting as a button. Having to select an order of 0 for linear shifting was a little unintuitive so I gave them a button.

This has every important DSP feature that I set out to include in the project. The most notable being -

Frequency Shifting. Frequency shifting order of 0 is linear frequency shifting - it shifts the window that many hz forward. Order and attenuation basically change how other frequencies beyond the window shift to reduce overlap when shifting.

Increasing / decreasing gain - This lets the user buff certain frequencies more than others. Can also be used to increase volume of saved wav

Saving - You can shift frequencies and save it to play back voice. Final build will have in-app playback

The settings at the top left are mostly selected for optimal frequency editing and audio quality, but the user has to change them at will. The overlap windows selected are optimal windows, so it's hard for the user to mess up there.
