Most importantly, please could you explain how this is related directly to the JavaScript ecosystem/community? Why is this something a JavaScript developer specifically would use more-so than anyone else?

By looking at the target: https://gitforge.onrender.com/mindus/nexus/index I don't see how this is specifically related to JS.

JS.ORG subdomains are reserved for projects that are primarily focused on JavaScript and its community. As your project doesn’t fully meet this requirement, we can’t accept the request.

But there are a variety of similar services that may fit better.
