This pull request adds an entry to .gitignore to ignore LSP-generated .cache files. The current pattern .cache/* is not sufficient to ignore all contents of the cache directory, as it doesn't apply to nested files and directories. I've suggested using .cache/ instead, which is a more robust pattern for ignoring a directory and all of its contents.
