Instead of testing on
ubuntuonly, run the test suite also onmacosandwindows. Alternate OS & AnyIO for older versions of Python in order not to blow up the combinations (& CI time). We go from 6x1x2 (12) to 3x1x2 + 6 (12) combinations .
