Propagate the new agentapi_cache_dir variable (introduced in agentapi v2.2.0) to all 12 modules that wrap agentapi: claude-code, amazon-q, aider, goose, auggie, codex, gemini, opencode, sourcegraph-amp, copilot, cursor-cli, kiro-cli. Also bumps the agentapi dependency to v2.2.0 in each module and bumps each wrapper's own minor version. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <[email protected]>
