Adds a warning and known-issue entry about --rocksdb.partition-files-for-documents defaulting to true in 3.12.6–3.12.7 and recommends disabling it; also fixes the bullet listing in RocksDB upgrade notes.

  • RocksDB upgrade section:
    • Add warning about --rocksdb.partition-files-for-documents creating many .sst files/file descriptor usage when enabled.
    • Recommend explicitly disabling via --rocksdb.partition-files-for-documents false in 3.12.6–3.12.7; note it’s disabled again from 3.12.7-1 and 3.12.8 onward.
    • Fix duplicated/malformed bullet for --rocksdb.partition-files-for-documents default change.
• Known issues (3.12, 4.0 docs):
  • Add new entry documenting the above behavior, affected/fixed versions, and reference link.
