feat: add etherlink and MSU pricing to assets-controllers

Explanation

• Adding newly deployed Multicall3 implementation of MSU (MapleStory Universe) to the multicall address book.
• Adding MSU (MapleStory Universe) and Etherlink to Spot Prices Support.
• Set value for Monad on Spot Prices Support (instead of null).
