Babies don't need to be attributed to a specific snoo device (especially once they age out after six months), but parents may want to continue to track things like feedings and diaper changes.
Created this get_babies function that just returns a list of babies (type BabyData) instead of having to get to babies through a snoo device's baby_id list.
