These were built for the old kos-ports paradigm and hard-coded relative paths presuming you are building in the kos-ports folder. Update to use the env var to find that folder.
This means it's possible to discard the redefinition of those types and always include stdint.h.
Tabs to spaces, remove stray whitespace, and update `lib_get_name` param to `void`.
