Pull request overview

Updates the Windows installation guide to correct step numbering and fix a few small documentation typos/formatting issues, keeping the instructions consistent and easier to follow.

Changes:

  • Renumbered several ordered-list steps to restore correct sequence across sections.
  • Corrected minor text issues (e.g., “udate” → “update”, Note formatting, and a grammar fix in the scheduled task section).

💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.

The directory c:\phpsapi looks like it’s missing a path separator (likely meant to be something like c:\php\sapi). Please confirm the intended directory and correct the path so the permissions guidance is actionable.
