Not sure what's going on here, but the AV1 and VP9 Notes do seem to contain the required text, so maybe the rule needs looking at? @tidoust, what you you think?

Ah, that's because Process 2025 renamed "Draft Note" into "Note Draft" (and "Draft Registry" into "Registry Draft") to be consistent with other statuses. The pubrules checker was updated a couple of weeks ago and now expects the new terms in the Status of This Document section. I'll update the boilerplate for Bikeshed accordingly. Cc @deniak for info in case that impacts other groups.

@deniak I see you actually updated the boilerplate in speced/bikeshed-boilerplate for everyone. Just missed one case for the Media WG. No problem, I'll fix it!
