Access spatialdata-io from spatialdata #754
Description
We could access spatialdata-io from spatialdata, e.g. `spatialdata.io.xenium.
"This can be done at runtime population of spatialdata.io. In this way spatialdata doesn't need to know that xenium exists."
If spatialdata-io is not installed, it shouldn't throw an error.
