fp16 support #484
Description
As support for f16 types are added into the rust ecosystem, it would be excellent to be able to access them with portable SIMD. It seems like there are nonportable implementations in the f16 feature branch, so would incorporation into this library be a possibility? I'm happy to contribute to the effort, so please let me know if this seems like a reasonable path forward.
