RFC: Should we consolidate our userstyles?

I noticed the readme has a few repos linked that are in our org but not consolidated here. Perhaps we should move them here?

Good idea, they will probably require some work to fit the template used in this repo though

Great, I'll start compiling a list of repos that should be merged here. I see we're using deno to build everything here which is completely fine, but if our build tool bloom could be improved to handle this sort of structure we could use that too. Open to any suggestions to make this easier :)

We'll have to keep deno to generate the imports list (the usercssmeta library makes this very easy),
though we might benefit from having a templating engine in bloom to support more niche use cases (like generating readme / stylesheet from templates).

I have already implemented this in my rust build tool and it's fairly trivial to do, since it's in go we could use the template package. then i could also move over some of the repo's in this org, for example see: https://github.com/rose-pine/cosmic-desktop/blob/main/templates/cosmic-settings.ron

I was already looking into making some changes to bloom so i can deprecate my own build tool, i'll see if i have some time for this soon!
