[BUG] Internal "meta" module is showing up in documentation

Internal "meta" module is showing up in documentation, even though it cannot be clicked or expanded.

Honestly, I'm not motivated to work on fixing minor issues with the current option docs.

The correct solution is to replace our implementation with something based on lib.options.optionAttrSetToDocList, instead of manually walking the options tree ourselves.
