Hi, please see FAQ and troubleshooting. This is a likely unsolvable problem. |

Hi everyone,
I am new to LosslessCut and I am a little confused about how the trimming works.
All I want to do is cut a section of my video between an in point and an out point. I open the software, set the in point, set the out point, and then export that part as a new video.
What I noticed is that the out point is always perfect. No matter where I place it, the exported video ends exactly at the spot I picked.
The in point does not behave the same way. The exported video always starts a little earlier than the frame I chose. It jumps to the nearest keyframe instead of using the exact moment I marked. I do not understand why the out point is accurate but the in point is not. If this snapping thing is required then I expected it to affect both in and out, not just the in.
Is there a way to make the in point export exactly where I set it, the same way the out point does, without snapping to some keyframe I did not choose?
