Data missing #36

Hi, I found that there are some images that are empty, such as: "_Bkgic7JtCaaMGrgw6kukQ.jpg" at Melbourne's database dir, "yOCOTojshHsfJd0g5B7jPP.jpg" at Melbourne's query dir, and "Ek08yvVCR1tXrD4ZSx59CA.jpg" at Berlin's query dir.
