Hotfixes - Search recommendations feedback form - French/Portuguese text doesn't fit properly in the snackbar message

Observed behavior

Observed by @radinamatic: Snackbar asking to leave feedback for the search recommendations has insufficient space to accommodate translations to French and Portuguese (Spanish and Arabic look OK):

Expected behavior

To be further specified.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Hotfixes with an account with enabled search recommendations and change the UI language to French or Portuguese
2. Go to a channel and try to import resources from other channels
3. Open the feedback form for a search recommendation and submit it
4. Observe the text in the snackbar

Chatted with @akolson -- we'll mark this as P1 and non-blocking for this release at the moment, because it appears that none of our beta testers in this round will be working in these languages. We'll target for a studio patch before the end of the year, though, just in case we get any new testers!
