PowerWatch Rev F changes #16
Description
- Fix R1 to be 66.5K
- Fix voltage monitor/watchdog resistor divider
- Add a way for the particle to manually actuate a hard reset (because apparently system.reset doesn't work?)
- Add a way for the RTC to trigger a particle wakeup from deep sleep
- Move things off of D7 to save that power
- Add the PPS line for phase measurement
