create Contributors Page

All contributors from recent years and supervisors should be listed.

(It is a good first issue for students to create a PR where they add themself in that list and these will be closed in the end)

The contributors page could be build automatically from a yaml file - this way we can order alphabetically, if we want. Another option is just to order by when they contributed
