ParseDSN incorrectly parses ':' in username as password separator

The ParseDSN interface does not support parsing ':' in the username. This causes the part after the ':' in the username to be mistakenly identified as the password. How can I avoid this issue, and are there any plans to optimize the ParseDSN interface?
