Occasionally stuck on "Waiting for tool approval"

Is there a way to manually open a tool approval popup?
Occasionally either

• I'm stuck on "Waiting for tool call approval" since the popup never shows up
• Or closed the tool call pop up

Hi, I observed this behavior and created this workaround: #57. We may need to review how messages are exchanged between the ECA server and client to ensure the message that starts the approval flow is not lost.
