I'm experiencing the same thing. I noticed it 2 days ago.
I'm running "duo": "0.9.1" and "duo-test": "0.3.13".

I’m also noticing it with "duo": "0.8.10" and "duo-test": "0.3.12”.

Using the phantomjs command to run my tests, it outputs:
