Sort by language/library feature

An option and probably enable by default:
Items should be sorted:

1. by language vs library feature
2. by standard version with a clear devider

Currently everything is mashed up together, similar to cppreference, cland and gcc status pages.

This is suggested as an extension to the prevois suggestion to sort the items by motion.

Hi @Zingam,

The website will get a major design overhaul and modernization soon. One of the new features will be sorting and a divider between standard versions.
