Unable to find class 'android/iawareperf/UniPerf';

Each time I open a project or create a project it keeps syncing infinitely
I opened the ide logs I found the issue which is:

09-03 20:58:51.76 ERROR [DefaultDispatcher-worker-8] ToolingApiErrorStream: Native registration unable to find class 'android/iawareperf/UniPerf'; aborting...

I downgraded to previous cotg and same issue please do something about this
