scenario:
- first process a font without the
-d (decimal) option, then process the font with -d:
checkoutlinesufo -e font.ufo
...
Finished checkoutlinesufo: 100%|████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████| 550/550 [00:01<00:00, 298.57it/s]
Done with font
checkoutlinesufo -e -d font.ufo
Checking outlines for zero.ss02 : 100%|██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████| 550/550 [00:00<00:00, 2435.10it/s]
Skipped 550 of 550 glyphs.

I would expect the tool to recognize the differing options, which would require a complete re-processing of all glyphs.
A workaround is adding an --all option in the 2nd scenario.
