Show progress indicator for object statuses

Instead of simply displaying draft/update/edit statuses as a "Status" field in the respective information cards, we should additionally visually indicate how far along the publishing process each object is with a progress indicator (probably at the top of the card) for a cleaner UX. For example, a draft card should display an indicator which is one-third full once the draft is submitted, two-thirds full once it is approved, and three-thirds full once it is published. Another color (such as red) can be used to visually distinguish the progress of rejected objects.
