Remove now redundant protein structure endpoint #674
Description
With the improvements to the AlphaFold API and the changes in VariantEffect/mavedb-ui#631, our endpoint for inferring the version of AlphaFold's current protein structure files is no longer necessary. We should retire the endpoint when convenient to reduce the APIs surface area.
