Map subject IDs to subject-specific output when writing data using volumestats_write

For the use case of harmonizing data using ModelArray, writing out subject-level niftis from the results H5 yields niftis labeled by column ID and not subject ID. It would be amazing to have a flag for volumestats_write that would name the output files by subject ID!
