project: project name must be a URL safe slug #1260
Description
This isn't a huge deal and doesn't materially affect things - but the project name must be a single word, url safe
The app doesn't support spaces in the project name (it lets you type them but won't save them)
Tests need updating so that name are accurate.
Maybe local files can support any name but they must be converted in app state (and then I guess saved back to project.yaml). Probably better to validate the name sensibly, and be careful about when and where we slugify
