Improve management of unknown summary vectors

Some simulators can create well names including `:` in the name. This causes the vector to be categorized as a Misc vector. Make sure this name is categorized as a well vector.

Systems can create custom summary vector names. If a summary vector is not matching any of the current categories, move them into `Misc`.
