Advanced Search

There should be an advanced search that would allow for searching by notes and other values in the DB (i.e. filter by codes that accept labor cost)
This should probably bring up a list of account codes.
a selected account code should either display it's details in the popup or update the main window when selected in the search window

Discuss if this should be a list attached to the search or simply filter the main tree view (performance?)
