Update pre-built Android native libraries to support 16 KB page size alignment #618

Issue Description
The pre-built Android native libraries (libjSerialComm.so for armeabi-v7a and arm64-v8a) included in the latest release (v2.11.4) and Maven artifact are aligned to 4 KB pages only. This causes apps need to upload to Google Play Store be rejected. Please help me update it!
