EPN: random generation of recovery ID #34

On the EPN cluster, the recovery ID of ODC is set explicitly to
epn(--restore epn). If the second instance of ODC will be started with the same ID this can break the correct recovery of DDS sessions. -
A better option would be to generate a recovery ID dynamically and randomly in the script.
