Describe the improvement
Currently, it appears that UniGetUI does not support parsing or displaying Markdown in descriptions or release notes. It looks like there was an issue awhile back that tangentially requested this feature, and was then implemented specifically for scoop but doesn't appear to be working throughout UniGetUI. It would be nice to have broader support for parsing Markdown.

Descriptions and release notes would be more readable and interactive for users.
