Missing Arabic diacritics & broken font

TWiLight Menu++ Version 27.17.4(compiled manually) & 27.18.0
TWiLight Menu++ UI: DSi,3DS,HBL/Settings/DS Classic

Expected Behaviour:
Arabic letters and diacritics should display correctly without being replaced by question marks or spacing issues.

Actual Behaviour:
1-In most menus, Arabic diacritics such as ( َ ) ( ِ ) ( ُ ) ( ّ ) appear as question marks (?).

Here's an example, the text supposed to look like "يغيّر", but it shows "يغى؟ر" instead.

The only exception is tanwīn( ً )-تنوين- but it causes spacing issues between letters.

2-In the DS Classic Menu, all arabic characters appear as question marks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure to be on version 27.18.0
2. Switch the interface language to Arabic.
3. You'll see the problem clearly in the settings, and the DS Classic Menu.
