WSL Installation Broken

ERROR: The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: WSL not detected! WSL is needed to install Ubuntu 20.04 LTS for WSL

Updated version to wsl-ubuntu-2004 still gives that even with wsl2 package. Not sure what's going on.

This does work better after a reboot but I'm still not convinced it's actually working.

Does work but requires a reboot. This could be problematic. I'm not sure how to trigger both or make it wait.
