[Bug]: App incompatible with Android 14+ devices due to outdated targetSdkVersion (33)

Describe your issue

The application is currently configured with targetSdkVersion 33 (Android 13)
which is making it incompatible for android 14+

Steps to reproduce

• Open the Google Play Store on a device running Android 14 or higher.

• Navigate to the Taskwarrior Flutter app page.

• Observe the error message stating: "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android."

What was the expected result?

the app will be compatible for latest android versions

@Sahil-Shadwal You can go with it, but it does installs on Android 15 devices when connected to adb also fdroid nightlies are working well
