Documenting codes for learners.

Every time I code, I find somethings that are not explained over the internet nor on youtube, so I got this Idea of just putting down few lines of codes and document it's functionality to help new learners.
I was learning about sessions and cookies, although I got the solution but whenever I try to code in MVC arch, some errors were occuring, I browsed the whole internet, still not got a perfect working code.
I wish this doesn't happen with other.

Please add anything else to this which could be more useful for the community.
